This French Mid Century coffee table features ceramic … more Round ceramic tile top coffee table, stamped / signed by Roger Capron. This French Mid Century coffee table features ceramic tiles that are impressed with leaves, herbs and flowers. The tiles are referred to as "Herbier" tiles, and they are made of high-fired sandstone. The plants used to make the impressions are real plants from the south of France, and this technique was actually invented by Roger Capron. The coffee table's unique legs and dark wood frame have been restored. Note: This particular model is often referred to as the “Garrigue” model, which is round and low. less
