Top, bottom and sides each constructed of one solid pine board. Has dovetail joinery and interior "box" with a lift top. The trunk has a lock and key. Red paint "wash" lets Pune wood detail show through. Exterior measurements: 43" wide x 20 3/4" d x 26" h. Solid construction and great storage. As you would expect of an item this age has some worn areas, with some scrapes and chips, which add character. For antique lovers this item is a great addition to any room.
