It's made of solid walnut, and has been professionally reupholstered in new foam and fabric. We used Camira's Hemp in Fallow that is a wool and hemp blend. It has a blue color with an off-white weave. It's beautifully woven and high-quality and durable. It goes well with the worm tone of the walnut. The walnut is in great vintage condition and has a nice aged walnut finish. It's solid and well built, and is a great chair to decorate. In the manner of Mira Nakashima. See less
