In addition to the timeless asthetic, they are incredibly strong and comfortable. The steel frame can handle people in excess of 300 pounds, which I know from personal experience. This set was well currated by a movie studio which explains the lack of wear and tear. I tried to capture the few defects in the last 3 pictures. I imagine that they could be returned to a near pristine condition with a professional cleaning. See less
