This exquisite 12 1/2-inch tall vase is a stunning example of hand-blown glass artistry, showcasing a masterful blend of form, color, and texture. The vase is crafted using an intricate layering technique, with shades of blue glass seamlessly merging into one another, along with a crisp cased white glass interior that adds depth and dimension. On the bottom, the vase is signed by the talented artisan who crafted it in 2002, ensuring both its authenticity and uniqueness.
The lip of the vase is delicately ruffled, with an asymmetric handkerchief-like flare that undulates outward. This wide, loosely ruffled lip contrasts with the slender, cylindrical body beneath, which features a subtle, swirling fluted pattern around the vase’s surface.
From the main body, the vase narrows to form the stem and then widens to transition to the round base. The stem and base feature a more pronounced, textured fluted pattern, offering a tactile element that contrasts nicely with the smooth curves above.
