These Vintage Chippendale Arm and Armless Chairs with Pretzel Back are from "Karges Master Works Collection" Arm Chair K4931, Armless Chair K 4930
The balloon back on this chairs is a welcome variation of the traditional winged Chippendale chair. Back is pierced with scrolls and acanthus leaves on the cabriole leg hip terminate at claw and ball feet.

These Vintage Karges chairs are from my personal collection ,they are Structurally Sound and have a Sturdy High Quality Construction. They have been loving cared for but do have several Cosmetic defects and damage that occurred while being transported to the storage facility but that can can be repaired or minimized through professional restoration. One of the armless chair back broke while moving it but can be professional repair. less
