Elegant and refined, this Art Deco-style table lamp is a prime example of modern Italian design. It features a burnished brass base and body, giving it a sophisticated and warm appearance. The vertical burnished brass bars create a striking, sculptural visual effect inspired by the modernist design of the 1960s and 1970s, with references to the Art Deco style through its symmetry and use of premium materials. The oval-shaped lampshade, made of shantung fabric, adds a touch of sophistication with its delicate texture and neutral color, which pairs perfectly with the burnished metal. While evoking the Art Deco style, this lamp can also be associated with the work of Bauhaus designers, who often utilized clean lines, metallic materials, and geometric details. The lamp was crafted between 2018 and 2019 in Milan, Italy, in a small workshop specializing in items of this nature. Standing at 85 cm tall, it serves as a striking focal point in a living room or bedroom, thanks to its imposing yet harmonious lines. The combination of burnished brass and shantung fabric imparts an understated sense of luxury, making it an elegant and versatile addition to any space. The lamp is in good condition; however, we would like to note (see photo) a small tear on the back of the lampshade. You can accept the lamp at the listed price with this imperfection, or we can offer a replacement lampshade for an additional cost of €70, which would also extend the delivery time by at least 15 days.
