These Chinese Prunus Hawthorne Pattern Ginger Jars with Kangxi Period circle marks om their bases are lovely items in great condition. Traditionally round, these jars were originally used for herb storage.
They have the Kangxi period double blue ring marks and are undamaged and a lovely vibrant blue.
This piece was part of a collection that was purchased by a major art collector in NYC in the 30's and 40's.
