a yellow glass shade with a "pulegoso" treatment that adds precious texture. The "pulegoso" glass is made using a method that was often used in the 1920s, with the addition of gasoline to thereby cause the glass to boil in a melt. Countless tiny air bubbles of irregular shape inside the glass mass deliberately limit its transparency.

the lamp is in very good vintage condition.
