While on a sourcing trip to France and the U.K. I was walking along the cobbled stone streets of Truro in Cornwall, England. Stepping inside this small shop where I had to duck my head to enter, I was greeted by a petite, senior lady named, Sarah, a delightful lady with a treasure trove of goodies....this little piece caught my eye!

This petite faux lucite tortoiseshell tray follows in the style of Christian Dior in the 1970's. It's fashioned with delicate scalloped edges and has a sterling silver inset of a laurel wreath in the rich sienna brown and black reminiscent in tortoise shells. The tray would be attractive amongst a collection of trays or on your vanity table. If you’re looking for a little glamour for your space, then consider making this “a keeper” in your home.
