Probably made around 1890-1910.
Features two inkwells on either side and a center compartment for pens etc. Exceptionally well cast, very clean and readable with many fine details including small butterflies, leaves, flowers, and what appear to be dragons as well as 2 pairs of male and female faces. The details on the casting truly are exceptional and somebody put a lot of work into this, a gorgeous piece overall.
