Made with hand-knotted wool and silk, this 8x10 rug is an exciting new addition to Rug & Kilim's Scandinavian rug collection—a contemporary reimagining of Swedish Minimalism and vintage rugs and textiles of Rollakan and Rya traditions.

The composition presents a refined chevron motif executed in sage green and varied bright, neutral tones, where hand-selected natural yarns create subtle abrash effects throughout. Admirers of the craft will particularly appreciate this rug’s look of depth and dimensionality—achieved both in the movement of the colorway and a subtle high-and-low pile married to the geometry. Keen eyes will further admire the subtle look of striae in our blend of yarns, which offers a look like that of a vintage abrash, recapturing the sense of chic one feels in a mid-century Scandinavian rug.
