Colorless pressed crystal bottle, a Flacon de Tortue, from Baccarat created in 1914 to commemorate the inauguration of the Champs-Élysées boutique featuring a stylized turtle, its head acting as a stopper and its legs a patinated grey. The original gold and green paper label is affixed. When Guerlain opened its first Maison at the parisian Champs-Élysées, the building process was very slow, and from this Le parfum du 68 was born with a tortoise shaped bottle because of the delay in construction. A century later, the maison, commemorating the first one’s originality, has launched a new perfume priced at 9500€! Etched on the bottom are Baccarat, Guerlain, Paris, France and a number.
