In reimagining this functional, every day object, denton’s creation appears both delicate and grounded, dancing between lightness and solidity. denton studied art in the uk and has recently returned after a long stint in the usa where he exhibited and was commissioned widely. One of his larger works is on display as a piece of public art in the franklin district of nashville.
