The set of 4 art collection swivel chairs comes in dark brown leather with heavy stainless steel star feet. The armrests of the chairs were also made of heavy stainless steel which was finished with leather pads. The leather of the armchairs shows partial patina and signs of wear, the leather covers of the armrests are in good condition. The armchairs can be rotated and have an automatic return mechanism. The frames only show minimal signs of wear. The Art Collection series was first produced by Dreipunkt and later continued by Walter Knoll.
The Wilhelm Knoll family company was founded in 1865 and quickly became known for its high-quality leather furniture. from 1925 onwards, Walter Knoll was an important representative of the avant-garde and concentrated on the production of Bauhaus furniture. Walter Knoll is still one of the leading German furniture manufacturers. The Art Collection series is characterized by the highest quality furniture. This piece has an attribution mark,
