It would look good with a coat rack displayed above it and would make an ideal seat for removing boots and shoes.

The bench dates to the early 20th century and is well made from solid pine.

It will seat two people and has a tall triple panelled back and shaped armrests.

The base is set on chamfered block legs strengthened by a horizontal stretcher.

The wood has a waxed finish which has a mid sheen.

CONDITION

The bench is in solid structural condition with many small marks of aged and use.

There are ring marks to the seat and on the left hand side, below the armrest, there is a small chink of wood missing.

height to top - 124cms, height to seat- 46cms, arm rest height 70cms

width - 128cms

depth- 49cms, seat depth- 40.5cms
