- This chair is in need of restoration and in well-used vintage condition. The upholstery has wear and rub marks, snags, … moreThis chair is in need of restoration and in well-used vintage condition. The upholstery has wear and rub marks, snags, and some holes throughout. Especially near the arm’s welting. The walnut arm rests have wear, fading, and some scratches. The walnut base has scuffs scratches. It appears someone has reglued the frame of the lounge chair and attempted to repair splits/fractures on the joints. There are gloppy glue marks on the “repaired” joints. The foam in the armrests in the backrest seems to be dry rotted and so does the fabric. We recommend restoring and reupholstering.
