It has floral and scroll design on the frame and stands 12" tall from the feet to the top of the handle. At the base it is 9" across and the diameter is 20" around the middle point. It is stamped Made in England and another stamp of 4 separate letters which are too worn to decipher (maybe EPNS?). It is also stamped with the number 10 on the inside rim. less
