A beautiful desk chair, model 5501, manufactured for thonet by zpm radomsko in poland around 1950. The light wooden frame holds a webbing seat. Combined with the elegant shape of the structure this gives the piece a wonderful, classical yet modern style. The seat height can be adjusted to your preference by the twisting mechanism between the base and seat, as shown in photos. A wonderful addition to the office interior! this chair remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
