Ceramic genius, having worked closely with Picasso and Roger Capron, he creates his own alquifoux (a mixture of lead sulfide and sand) and perfected a highly personal style inspired by the Muslim Middle Ages, with geometric patterns traced in two-tone blue and manganese and especially green and manganese. He set up a factory to fulfill orders from the AGA KHAN.
