Born in Vienna, Kasimir was an early adapter of the multi-plate technique for incorporating color into the etching process created by his print-making father and his contemporaries. His works, highly detailed and skillfully crafted, are held in the collection of the New York Public Library as well as many European collections.

The images are that of the Belvedere Palace Gate (Vienna) and the Vienna State Opera House. The set appears to have been carefully displayed and cared for -- the colors are vibrant and the pieces are nicely framed in gold beaded wood frames. Each is signed by the artist below the image.

Dimensions: overall, 8.75"W x 10.25"H; image, 4.25"W x 4.5"H.

Very good vintage condition with vibrant colors and no fading; some wear to gold frame.
