The end of this large book is dedicated to the etiquette of visiting Washington D.C., addressing officers and "Military Customs That Civilians Are Expected to Know." Plus "Rules of Behavior for War Wives" and "Flag Etiquette."But the majority of the book, with photographs & some drawings contains the etiquette lessons we've all come to expect from Mrs.Price Post. The author also wrote "Children Are People," and there's a two-page, illustrated advert for it, tucked inside this book. This is a special revised copy of "The Blue Book of Social Usage," first published in 1922 and many, many times after that. This copy is a stated Third Printing of July, 1945 -two months before the official end of the War. The heavy book is in very good vintage condition, clean, bright and unmarked, except for the title page & facing illustration pages which are foxed.
