Mid-Century Modern lounge chairs Series 455 designed by Gardner and Leaver for Steelcase, circa 1970 in the USA. The Chairs retain their beautiful deep camel color leather with button tufting, and with flat bar stainless steel frame and a swivel base. The most beautiful part of the chair can be found on the back side, as the leather is vertically seamed into The chairs are sculptural, comfortable, and luxurious in feel. The steel case manufacturer's label is on the underside of each base.
