Joseph Demarais framed pencil etching. Marked on bottom left 'Artists Proof' and signed on the lower right corner and dated 1967.
Demarais: printmaker, sculptor, multi-media artist and educator was born in Hoboken, New Jersey in 1927. He first intended to become a jazz musician playing with the U.S. Army band during World War II and earning his master's degree in music theory in 1948. He went on to create art in all types of mediums and has had great success. This is a fantastic work of art.
