Normandie . This grand ship was the ultimate in art deco interiors .

Just back from our silversmith's workshop where it has been professionally cleaned and polished, restoring it to it's former glory.

The underside is fully marked with the cockerel mark above "Gallia" together with "France" and the "knight" chess figure in a square box between two letters "O" and "C" (which is the abbreviation of the two words "ORFÈVRERIE CHRISTOFLE"). Finally Prod. Christofle is used.

A superb highly collectable piece in excellent condition. Spanning 8" in diameter across the rim and standing 13"" tall; the largest I have ever seen in this design. See less
