in the lunar month of Wazo, on the day of the full moon, in the year 1281 (Buddhist)
would correspond to July 11, 1919 of the Gregorian calendar
The full moon day of the lunar month of Wazo is traditionally remembered as the day the Buddha gave his first sermon.
features a beautiful and detailed hand work with depicted mythological animals among which the Chinthe, the guardians of the Temple, equivalent to the Foo dogs
