Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.

Condition Details:
There is splitting and losses to the rubber feet on the reverse, as well as some light edge wear. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
