This piece is solid wood, and weighs accordingly. This desk features 7 total drawers (two banks of three on the sides with a pencil desk in the center), all in great shape and slide in/out perfectly. The piece has been lovingly refinished with a Natural Danish Oil to restore it back to a beautiful almost new condition. The condition of this 70 year old desk is wildly impressive, with it's only imperfection being a slight scratch on the top that is nearly unnoticeable. less
