This beautiful vintage fabric, Olympus, was part of the Schiaparelli collection for Waverly Fabric. It is a lightweight slightly sheer fabric that would make the perfect drapes or would make beautiful Chinoiserie style framed panels. It has a lovely metallic gold detail throughout. This gorgeous deadstock fabric is in mint condition. The fabric does not seem to have lost its strength. There are a few very light transfer marks from where the gold metallic has transferred some of its design from being stored folded. This is very subtle and definitely doesn't take from the beauty of this fabric. Please inspect photos for examples of metallic transfer.
