Both are matted in a cream color, are covered under glass and have wire for hanging.
Please forgive the reflections in the glass. I really tried.

J. A. Hulbert was an Indian artist who was born in 1900. J. A. Hulbert's work has been offered at auction multiple times. Among the artist's sold works is "A Bhutanese Belle", which realized 76 USD at Keys Fine Art Auctioneers in 2024 The artist died in 1979.
