A lovely Art Deco barware set designed in France in the 1940s. A tall etched crystal and silver plate Martini pitcher or mixer jug and a long stirrer spoon complete the set's elegant appearance. The crystal carafe has a silverplated metal lip and strainer for pouring and holding ice cubes inside the container. A matching extra-long silver-plated metal stirrer spoon completes the set. The crystal pitcher has a legal silversmith stamp on the edge of the silver plate lip, but we have been unable to determine the company.
Although there is some slight metal wear from prior use, it doesn't greatly detract from the overall beauty of this barware cocktail set.
Measurements:
The pitcher is 4.94 in wide (12.5 cm) x 3.94 in deep (10 cm) x 9.44 in high (24 cm).
The stirrer is 11.44 in long (29 cm).
