The Way to Prepare Well for Death is an etching by Romeyn de Hooghe from the Suite by Chertablon de la Vigne, The Way to Prepare Well for Death. Antwerp: Gallet 1700. Good conditions. The artwork belongs to the French edition with Hoogh's illustrations; the coppers were used for the first time in La Vigne's "Miroir de la bonne mort" (Antwerp 1673). Ref. French emblem books 180.
