It is signed in cursive R. Wist copyright 1981. it is American. There are 2 designs inside that are submerged and floating as if there are teardrop explanation marks. It must definitely be seen in person to be greatly appreciated and loved. The subtle colors are shades of light pinks, greens and blues.
