This fixture is visually and strucurally in great condition. The two notable details are as follows and can be seen in the last two pictures. First, one of the screws had to be drilled out to disassemble, move and reassemple. To restore this lampo to original perfect condition, this could be drilled out and a new screw inserted. Having said that, this has zero impact on the structural integrity as the remaing screws hold the arm securly. The second imperfection is some finish issues on the base that could be addressed if this were an issue for the new owner. I was advised by the seller that they paif $10K for this lamp, and the price reflects these conditions.
