The Murrine are of two kinds. One covers the whole background and its made of a double sequence of green, lattimo and amber. The main large ones in random position are are framed in black with vibrant colors: emerald green, cadmium red and yellow.
Similar to Carlo Scarpa Murrine Romane, it differs for the oval shape and the use of kind of murrina, making it even more interesting.
Uncertain attribution. The use of opaque color to frame the transparent colors is more on the Fratelli Toso style and Pollio Perelda, but the design is different. The value assigned is for the exceptional work of art and aesthetics and uniqueness. See the photos.
Attributed to the 80s because of the polishing of the punty rod, which was typical of the time. less
