Pair of large scale solid brass giraffe sculptures. This stunning pair varies in size. The largest of the two stands at 26.5 inches tall. The smaller mate is 22.5 inches high. Each of these majestic animals is beautifully modeled with attention to their musculature and textured fur. The distinctive giraffe pattern is etched and elevated, adding a richness to the figures. The darker “patina” on the fur adds more dimension to the texture. The giraffes date from the late 20th century, likely 1970s. Made in Korea.
