This piece was completed using the reverse painting technique, where paint is applied to a piece of transparent material with the intention of flipping the piece over and viewing it through the unpainted side. Kern has done this using an acrylic piece and mounted the finished painting to a back panel. The abstract composition uses solid shades of blue, red, yellow, and pink and is signed "JAYA 78” to the lower right of the painting. See less
