Charming Mid 20th Century Early American Style Baumritter solid maple wood camelback or testor canopy bed in nutmeg stain. Stamped Ethan Allen Baumritter on back of headboard, this is a c1960s bed that was well cared for by previous owner. Measures 57.5” wide, 81.25” deep, and 76.25” tall (70.5” tall to tip of finials). Finish is in overall excellent condition with some imperfections. No chips or cracks except headboard has thin, horizontal split in seam. Rails and feet have some minor scuffs. Bed includes headboard, footboard, 2 side rails, 2 stretches, two canopy frames, 7 canopy slats, and two mattress slats. Easily assembled by one person. Canopy can be removed to convert to four poster bed.
