It has no markings on it that I could find. It has a raised diamond shaped desgin at the base with a flat cut neck and a stopper that looks the same, but inverted.

The decanter measures 8.50 inches tall and is 11.75 inches to the top of the stopper. The base is 5.00 inches across.
