Circa 1880s antique Pennsylvania Dutch primitive or folk art painted, hand carved side chair. Stencil painted with fruit and leaves motif. Legs with stretchers are also accented with paint. Ladder/thumbtack back, single plank seat. Iconic example of American folk art furniture with lovely character and patina.
