A stylish and very elegant table lamp in which very different materials and styles are unexpectedly successfully mixed together. The brown stoneware base has a very rough texture that recalls the vases produced in West Germany with the fat lava process. The base of this vintage table lamp is extremely material and raw, both for the workmanship and for the use of the earthy color but surprisingly it marries perfectly with the super glamorous lampshade that embeds real cane rattan woven inside clear acrylic panels, supported and embellished with golden brass details. This 70s lamp is not only the result of an unusual, but successful combination, but it is a piece of Italian design produced by an unexpected company, famous for its very chromed and Space Age style lamps: "Targetti" The adhesive label still present on the diffuser and on the lamp holder testifies to the production of the article, which otherwise would have been really difficult to attribute to this company. The lamp works and is in good vintage condition. We decided to leave the brass details in patina and not to polish them but obviously, with a specific product they can be golden again.
