They are solid, heavy, and stand at an impressive height of 17 inches! The beautiful
blue color is not believed to be original. Foundry marks are visible on each. Decorative
and useful inside or out. Sweden, 1989.
FUN FACTS: Norrtälje is a municipality of Stockholm County, Sweden and also the
main town of Roslagen. It is a charming small town with old wooden houses and
cobblestone streets. The iron factory, Roslagsgjuteriet, started in the 1860s and
currently producing fine cast iron. less
