Neoclassic three-legged stool. A Victorian design with a pierced seat for airflow and drainage of rainwater. The legs are classically designed with acanthus capitals on lion heads over a leg with a lion paw. Ornamental mouth rings detail the whole stool. Painted in multiple layers of classic enamel for the outside and is now built up and chipped with age. The measurements are 12.25" in diameter and 16.5" tall. A beautifully balanced estate furniture piece. Really solid iron and quite weighty. See less
