Less than 2 years old, very lightly used by one person. Upholstered in performance fabric (the "Wiley") in Parchment, which is a nice cream/natural color and is very soft. Legs are mahogany wood. I am moving and unfortunately cannot take this sofa with me. Delivery on a custom sofa is 12-14 weeks, with additional costs for tax and shipping on top of the $4,500 retail price.
