Beautifully hand-crafted … Read more A traditional set of six French dining chairs in the Henry II style, sourced directly from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid walnut, each chair features elaborately carved frames with intact spindles and finials. The walnut wood showcases a naturally aged, rich brown patina. This set has been fully restored for structural integrity and newly upholstered in light sage green woven Scalamandre fabric. The fabric is clean-finished with an invisible hand stitch along the back and accented with nailhead trim around the seat. The chairs stand on hand-carved, turned front legs and square, chamfered back legs, connected by a curved stretcher. They are solid and stable, displaying excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a classic French Renaissance Henry II profile.
