Dimensions : 34” W , 19” floor to seat, 36” floor to back, 36” D

I do upholstery and these are super high end. There are silver upholstery tacks around not just the front, but the sides at the bottom and even the back. There are silver casters. The cushions have some down.

The fabric is Galbraith and Paul in the oval pattern, which is only available to the trade and is more than $500 a yard.

I wrote to Galbraith and Paul and here is what they said:

“Your chairs [a great score!] are, in fact, Galbraith & Paul Ovals. Sometimes the monitor lies but it appears to be an older colorway printed on Pewter Velvet ground cloth. Our fabrics are Dry Clean or Professional Steam Clean Only. Our lines are available exclusively through the design trade and these chairs would have been made custom and quite pricey. Galbraith & Paul definitely has “fans” so calling out the fabric by name would help”

There is a name of Tony written on the bottom of both chairs. There is also the name of Alecia on the underside of a tag and the tag also has a handwritten number of 2297.

I bought these for my second home and later decided they are just too nice for the use that home gets. less
