An … more A beautiful 19th century Dutch carved marble plaque (5 in x 2 in) in Ebony and silver gilt frame. An exceptionally detailed work and master craftsmanship depicting country side scene, with Shepard and villagers with floak, and a village in back scene.
The marble plaque is hanging on the silver hook, it is not attached to the frame and can easily be removed for a closer view.
The frame is with two carved ebony moldings and silver leaf gilded ground in between, decorated with miniature red intaglios.
What white mat with red lining, green emerald velvet with a silver painted hook in the center for the plaque.
