Description: A beautiful set of six hand-painted porcelain plates by Haviland, each decorated with a different design of shells and sea … more A beautiful set of six hand-painted porcelain plates by Haviland, each decorated with a different design of shells and sea life. The outer rim is trimmed in gold. The detail is exquisite and the colors are still vibrant with no loss or wear to the design. A wonderful, timeless set!

Five of the plates are in excellent condition with no damage. One has a small chip on the rim (see photo) and it was touched up at some point.

The plates are 8 1/2" in diameter. Each plate is marked on the reverse Haviland over France (Mark H) and used between in 1888 - 1896.
