Born in Switzerland, he drew inspiration from the surrounding mountains, which greatly influenced most of his artistic work. Peitrequin studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Geneva, where he honed his painting skills. His style blends realism with a poetic sensibility, capturing natural light and colors with remarkable precision. He specialized in depicting Alpine landscapes, often bathed in soft, natural light, giving his works a peaceful and contemplative atmosphere. Throughout his career, Peitrequin exhibited in several Swiss and international galleries. His works are often collected by art enthusiasts, particularly those who appreciate nature scenes and the majesty of the mountains.
