Decorated Majolica stand consisting of a flat plate with a raised edge and resting on a simple shaped base. 18th century majolica plate with decoration depicting the Annunciation. The popular taste decoration is framed by a drapery of stylized fabrics. The dominant tones are yellow and blue. The majolica is in good condition regardless of minimal chipping on the edge and small craters due to firing.
